Policy Manager of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) in Scotland
Susan Love is the Policy Manager of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) in Scotland, the country’s largest direct-member business organisation, representing thousands of small firms across Scotland. FSB aims to help smaller businesses achieve their ambitions by offering its members a wide range of vital business services, including advice, support and a powerful voice in government.
Susan has responsibility for the broad range of policy areas affecting small businesses, from procurement to regulation, and represents the FSB on a number of national groups. Susan also sits on the board of the Economic Development Association of Scotland.
Before taking up her post with FSB, Susan worked for the former Presiding Officer of the Scottish Parliament, Sir George Reid. She also served as an elected member of Stirling Council. These posts, combined with her FSB role, have given her a wide-ranging knowledge of government and public policy at both local and national level, as well as experience of both the public and private sectors.
Susan lives with her husband and two young sons in Clackmannanshire.

Morag is the current honorary president of Scottish Women in Business and a former President.
An experienced business owner, and former SWIB Award winner, Morag has over 20 years background in the management and delivery of complex strategic projects as well as digital marketing, branding and communications.
She was one of the first Women’s Enterprise Ambassadors and has been a passionate advocate on gender and business issues for women, including speaking at events, conferences and TV/radio broadcasts on the subject of business support and the experiences of women in business.
Morag is currently seconded from Scottish Enterprise to Women’s Enterprise Scotland as strategic programmes manager, specifically collaborating with the Scottish Government and the business services ecosystem, partners and stakeholders on progressing actions to emerge from the Women’s Enterprise Framework and Action Plan.
Morag has been named one of the Saltire Society’s Outstanding Women of Scotland and an ASB Woman of Inspiration and has also been awarded an international 'Stevie' for Women in Business. She has been on the judging panel of a number of industry and women’s awards, including the International Business Awards.
